ME- Semisynthetic Cutting Fluid (also referred to as microemulsion) is an improved metal working fluid using the present-day cutting-edge technology of the world andmade from selected and imported additives. It is highly resistant to rust and hard water and can withstand hard water of 400ppm. Its application performance is up to the advanced level of international similar products. Upon use and comparison, the antirust performance takes the lead in the world. Its overall performance is superior to synthetic cutting fluid and is fit for cutting and grinding process.

This product is unfit to process stainless steel and other hard materials.

Working concentration: Generally the working concentration is 5%～8%. Be sure to keep the recommended concentration of working fluid.

Application: Put the calculated amount of concentrate into the fluid reservoir with enough water, and then turn on the fluid feeding pump to circulate and stir till uniform.

Note: It is prohibited to be blended with cutting fluid of other type or brand. Before using this product, be sure to thoroughly clean the fluid reservoir and fluid feeding system of the machine tool. Otherwise, rust protection will definitely be affected and the product will probably be polluted and go bad.
