SE- Synthetic Cutting Fluid is a new type of metal working fluid using the cutting-edge technology of the world at present. Main components are selected and imported all around the world. The product has outstanding antirust performance and can withstand hard water with total hardness of over 500ppm. It is especially fit to be applied to technological condition without oil. Its application performance is up to the advanced level of international similar products. This product is unfit to process stainless steel and other hard materials.

Application:
Put the calculated amount of concentrate into the fluid reservoir with enough water, and then turn on the fluid feeding pump to circulate and stir till uniform.
Working concentration:
Generally the working concentration is 4%～8%.
Note: It is prohibited to be blended with cutting fluid of other type or brand. Before using this product, be sure to thoroughly clean the fluid reservoir and fluid feeding system of the machine tool. Otherwise, rust protection and service life will definitely be affected.
